Four and five story buildings on a concrete parking structure require very experienced and dedicated project managers and site supervisors.

WNB's personnel are highly skilled and trained in this type of construction. We have been constructing four story on podium decks since 1987. Our group is well versed in the challenges associated with this type of project.

In the past 4 years we have constructed 1950 4-story units and associated retail spaces. We currently have 3,000 podium type apartments under construction.
