Spencer H. Arnold, Senior Vice President of Resident Group Services, the landscape and tree division of Western National Group, is responsible for all operations. Mr. Arnold has over 25 - years of experience in the landscape and construction industries.

RGS Landscape & Arbor provides a wide range of services to the commercial real estate marketplace throughout Southern California from landscape maintenance, construction and design services to arbor care and plant health care services. Clients served range from WNG to a blue chip roster of publicly traded and privately owned real estate organizations.

Mr. Arnold holds a B.S. degree in Agribusiness Management from Cal Poly Pomona and a MBA from the University of California. Mr. Arnold is a licensed California Contractor and is active in various professional trade and community organizations. Mr. Arnold and his two children reside in South Orange County.
